They offer multiple ways to get in touch, and provide useful information about gold IRAs without the usual sales pressure.
Pricing and Fees
Fees Noble Gold lists on its own website (checked October 2026), which do not all agree:
- Setup fee: $50 on its Gold IRA page fee table, $80 in its Support FAQ
- Annual fees: $285 a year on its Gold IRA page ($125 account maintenance plus $160 storage), or a flat $275 a year in its FAQ ($125 custodial plus $150 segregated storage)
- Other one-time fees on its fee table: $30 wire, $75 in-kind distribution, $250 account closure
Noble Gold’s minimum is $20,000 for a gold or silver IRA and $10,000 for a cash purchase.
For IRA holders, Noble Gold stores metals with International Depository Services (IDS) in Texas or Delaware, or in Mississauga, Canada. Its Gold IRA page lists $160 a year for storage; its FAQ lists $150 a year for segregated storage.
Product premiums are not shown upfront, so ask for each coin’s price and its premium over spot in writing before you buy.
Noble Gold’s Support page names two custodians, Equity Trust in one answer and New Direction IRA Services in another, so ask which custodian will hold your account.
Customer Service and Support
Noble Gold pairs each client with a dedicated account manager and makes it simple to get help when needed.
You can reach their team at 877-646-5347 or request their free Gold IRA Guide online.
Check its current BBB profile, and read recent reviews and complaints there and on other review sites before you buy.
Shipping and Delivery
Noble Gold offers home delivery for cash purchases made outside an IRA. Ask for its current shipping charges and delivery times before you order.
For IRA accounts, precious metals must be stored in licensed facilities rather than delivered to homes. Customers should verify current shipping policies directly with Noble Gold for the most accurate information.
Security and Trustworthiness
Noble Gold Investments has been in business since May 2016, according to its Better Business Bureau profile. Some of the coins it sells are certified and graded by organizations like the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) and the Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS); most bullion coins are sold ungraded.
They offer IRA-approved depositories for secure storage, and home delivery for purchases made outside an IRA.
Payment Options and Flexibility
Noble Gold advertises flat annual IRA fees that do not rise with your balance, but its own pages give two different totals ($285 a year on its Gold IRA page, $275 a year in its FAQ). Ask for a written fee schedule before you open an account.
To fund your account, you can choose from rollovers, transfers, or direct contributions. With a rollover, the money must be reinvested within 60 days to avoid tax penalties.
Noble Gold provides a straightforward process, complete with a free information packet for guidance.
Buyback and Return Policy
Noble Gold offers a buyback program for investors looking to liquidate their precious metals. This service is available for all precious metals purchased through Noble Gold, including both IRA-held assets and home delivery purchases.
Key Features
- Accessibility: Open to both domestic and international clients.

Is Noble Gold Reputable?
Noble Gold sells precious metals for IRAs and for direct delivery, works with outside custodians and depositories, and runs a buyback program.
Its minimum is $20,000 for a gold or silver IRA and $10,000 for a cash purchase. Its own pages disagree on its fees, so ask for a written fee schedule before you open an account.
Correction, 16 October 2026: An earlier version of this article gave Noble Gold’s IRA minimum as $2,000, its headquarters as Pasadena, and fee figures that do not match its own pages. Noble Gold’s own pages give a $20,000 minimum for a gold or silver IRA, an Encino, California address, and annual fees of $275 or $285 a year. We have corrected it.
